Description
Margana Bianco di Vinisola comes from vineyards located in the splendid stage of the island of Pantelleria.
It is produced with native Sicilian grapes, harvested in the months of August or September. Fermentation takes place in steel at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in bottle for at least 2 months, before being released on the market.
Margana di Vinisola has a pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with a large and intense bouquet of white fruit. On the palate it is dry, fresh and fruity, fine and with good persistence.
Perfect to accompany fish and shellfish dishes.
