Description

With the Astrale bag in box you bring to the table a Sicilian red wine produced from native varieties.

The wine is a blend of Nero d'Avola, Nerello Mascalese and Syrah. The grapes are pressed and de-stemmed, and then macerated for a long time at a controlled temperature. During the process the contact with the skins gives polyphenols and velvety tannins, essential for the bouquet of this wine.

Ruby red in color, the nose opens up to intense aromas of red fruit, while the sip is juicy and generous, with a clean finish.

Perfect for pasta with meat sauce and grilled meat.
