Description

The Terre Siciliane Bouquet Bianco of Tenuta Rapitalà is born in vineyards located in the territory that from Camporeale slopes towards Alcamo, on gentle hills between 300 and 600 meters, on a land where clays and sands alternate.

It is produced with Grillo, Sauvignon and Viognier grapes. To preserve the full aromaticity of the three vines, the relationship between sugar content and acidity is carefully defined at each stage of maturation, taking care to avoid any form of water stress to the plants. For the three grapes an accurate winemaking technique is used with subdivisions of the various qualities of must which is slowly fermented.

It is characterized by a light gold color, with green reflections. The nose opens with a deep floral bouquet, enriched with delicate hints of tropical fruits and citrus fruits. On the palate it is rich, pleasantly fresh and elegant, wrapped in velvety touches.

Perfect to accompany seafood and shellfish, it is ideal in combination with sushi and raw fish.
