Terre Siciliane IGT Rosso Barbacane 2013 Vinisola

The Barbican Vinisola Red born in vineyards located in the beautiful island of Pantelleria stage.

It is produced with native Sicilian grapes, harvested and selected in September with extreme care. After the maceration and fermentation processes carried out in steel at controlled temperatures, this wine ages in bottle for at least 2 months before being marketed.

The Barbican Vinisola presents a deep red color. The nose opens with intense vinous aromas, which are accompanied by pleasant sensations of red fruits. On the palate it is warm, dry and savory, a faithful mirror of a unique and inimitable terroir.

To be consumed in the first years of life, it is ideal in combination with meat dishes, sausages and aged cheeses.
