Description
Toscana Rosso Ot by Oliviero Toscani was born in vineyards located on the hills of Casale Marittimo, an enchanting village between Volterra and Bolgheri.
It is produced with Syrah, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot grapes. Fermentation and maceration take place at controlled temperature for about 20 days. Subsequently the wine ages in barriques for about 16 months before being bottled.
The Ot is characterized by a ruby red color. The nose opens with hints of cherries and currants, enriched with pleasant spicy notes of cocoa, cinnamon and licorice. On the palate it is fresh, fine and with a remarkable spicy complexity.
Perfect to accompany red and roasted meats, it is ideal in combination with braised meats.
