Description
The Toscana Bianco di Martiena of Cantina Dei is born in vineyards located in the splendid setting of the Sienese hills.
It is produced with Trebbiano, Malvasia and Grechetto grapes, in equal quantities. The grapes undergo a destemming process and a soft pressing followed by fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature. Subsequently, the wine is stored in steel tanks, then aged for 3 months in the bottle.
Bianco di Martiena has a pale straw yellow color. The nose opens with pleasant and delicate aromas of white flowers. It is harmonious on the palate, with an interesting bitter aftertaste.
Rightly refrigerated, it is ideal in combination with fish and shellfish. Perfect to accompany rice soups and fresh cheeses, such as Marzolino cheese, it is excellent with a typical Tuscan dish: panzanella.
