Description

The Toscana Bianco Fonte Filicaja of Villa da Filicaja was born in the heart of Tuscany from a cellar with over 500 years of tradition.

It is produced with Chardonnay and Trebbiano grapes in equal proportions, harvested by hand and crushed at most 15 minutes from the plucking. Fermentation takes place in the absence of skins in steel tanks for about 15 days.

It is characterized by an intense straw yellow color. The nose reveals itself with fresh aromas and pleasing aromas of broom and apple. On the palate it is pleasantly soft, rightly acid and savory.

Perfect to accompany an aperitif, it is ideal, thanks to its flavor, in combination with important fish dishes.
