Toscana IGT 2014 Cerbaiona

The Toscana Rosso di Cerbaiona is born in vineyards located on the hills around the famous town of Montalcino, in the province of Siena.

It is the perfect match between Sangiovese and Merlot grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Once the malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine ages in Slavonian oak barrels before being bottled.

This Toscana Rosso has a very concentrated ruby red color. Elegant aromas of ripe blackberry are perceived on the nose, to which are added light toasted notes, of wet earth and black pepper. On the palate it is powerful and harmonious, with a well integrated tannic texture.

This wine is perfect in the company of roasts, red meats and game.
