Description

Directly from the Cercatoia vineyards of the Municipality of Montecarlo, this wine originates, the fruit of Syrah grapes vinified in purity, which come from the oldest Syrah vineyard in Italy. Fermented in steel and aged in French oak barriques for about 18 months.

Deep red wine with reflections that veer towards the violet, it has a broad, intense and persistent perfume, with hints of berries, spicy and balsamic notes. On the palate it is sapid, with structure and balance and a velvety tannin, well balanced in freshness and body.

It is the ideal wine for lovingly marrying red meats, white sauces and grilled meats, as well as roasts with side dishes of fragrant herbs.
