Description
Incanto Mediterraneo di Casadei is a wine that comes from mainly clayey soils with a high presence of minerals.
It is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon grapes, softly pressed. Fermentation takes place spontaneously in cement tanks. It follows refinement in the same containers for 6 months on the fine lees.
Straw yellow in color, the nose has notes of exotic fruit and yellow pulp fruit. The mouth is full, round and rightly savory. A pleasant freshness gives elegance and length to this wine strongly linked to the territory of origin.
Excellent in the company of finger food and shellfish dishes, it serves very well the white meat not too seasoned.
