Description

The Tuscan red wine is produced by Castelli del Grevepesa, a social winery founded in 1965, which today brings together over 120 member companies.

It consists of 100% Sangiovese grapes, which are destemmed and pressed. Fermentation follows in thermo-controlled steel tanks. The wine is transferred to concrete tanks, where the malolactic fermentation begins and is followed by refinement for 5-6 months. It is bottled after being filtered.

Ruby red in color with violet hues, the nose has aromas of cherry and berries. The sip is fresh and vinous, with a discreet persistence.

Ideal with pasta with meat sauce and cured meats.
