It displays an elegant style and a well-defined structure, with an intense purple color. Where does it come from
It originates on the Tuscan hills of Castello del Terriccio, in a region with a distinctive and historically rich terroir. Its connection to the ancient medieval castle adds to the identity of this wine.
How is it produced
Harvest takes place between the end of August and the third week of September. After destemming and gentle pressing, fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature of 29°C for one week, followed by approximately 14 days of maceration on the skins.
