Description
As the name suggests, It's a Game , this wine is a game. A game of three red berried varieties, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Syrah, which translates into a game of subtle sensory balances. The vinification is carried out exclusively in steel, with aging for about 18 months.
Wine with a deep ruby red color, initially it wraps the nose with the spicy and vegetal notes typical of Cabernet Franc, to then move on to the soft fruity perceptions of Merlot. Medium-bodied, on the palate it gives freshness and a well integrated and composed tannin.
Magnificent with sausages and aged cheeses, it is ideal with a dish of tortellini with meat sauce and grilled meats.
