Description
Le Benducce is the wine produced in honor of the homonymous farm from which the wine history of the Tornesi family began. It originates from the north and south areas of the Montalcino range on stony and galestro soils with a generous presence of mineral substances.
Sangiovese in purity, it is obtained by fermentation at a temperature kept below 30 ° C. It matures in steel and ages in the bottle.
Intense ruby red, evokes flavors of strawberry and blueberry on the nose. Full-bodied wine, the palate is fresh, fruity and moderately tannic.
To accompany with simple first courses and finger food.
