Trentino DOC Superiore Marzemino d'Isera Selezione Husar 2014 De Tarczal

The Marzemino d'Isera De Tarczal Husar Selection comes from vineyards located in the Trentino municipality of Marano d'Isera, in the heart of Vallagarina, a land particularly suited to viticulture.

It is produced exclusively with Marzemino Gentile grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Subsequently the wine ages for about 6 months in oak barrels before being bottled.

Marzemino d'Isera Husar Selection is characterized by a ruby red color, tending to garnet with aging. The nose has interesting floral aromas of violets, which are accompanied by fruity sensations and slight woody hints. In the mouth it has a good structure and an excellent balance, well supported by a bewitching softness.

Perfect to accompany cold cuts and cured meats, roasts, braised meats and game, this red wine is ideal in combination with medium-aged cheeses, corn polenta and mushrooms.
