Trentino DOC Muller Thurgau 2016 Villa Vescovile

The Muller Thurgau of Villa Vescovile was born in the vineyards located in the municipalities of Giovo and Meano, in Trentino.

It is produced 100% with Muller Thurgau grapes. After being subjected to cryomaceration and separated from the skins for pressing, the wine is fermented at a constant temperature of 20 ° C, for twelve days. Cold and sterile bottling follows.

The Muller Thurgau of Villa Vescovile shows a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with an aromatic scent accompanied by delicate fruity notes. On the palate it is subtle, dry and of interesting flavor.

It goes perfectly with fish dishes, it is also interesting the combination with white meats.
