Description

What kind of wine is it

Trento Brut Blanc de Blancs Maximum produced by Ferrari is a Traditional Method sparkling wine made from Chardonnay grapes. This cuvée offers an aromatic profile and a defined precision on the palate, ensuring a smooth and well-structured sip. The production process gives the wine a clear varietal character.

Where does it come from

This wine is born in Trentino, within the Trento appellation. The Maximum project is closely linked to the history of the winery and was among the first labels conceived by the founder Giulio Ferrari. The sparkling wine's profile reflects the local viticulture and always maintains a focus on finesse and gustatory persistence.

How is it produced

The star is Chardonnay, vinified on its own. After assembling the cuvée, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle according to the Traditional Method. This is followed by a meticulous lees aging of thirty-six months, an essential phase to build greater aromatic complexity and precise textural definition.

Tasting notes

In the glass, it displays a bright straw yellow with a clear appearance. The bouquet is intense, offering notes of ripe yellow fruit intertwined with crusty bread and hazelnut nuances. On the palate it is fresh and satisfying, driven by citrusy hints that accompany delicate mineral notes in a balanced progression.

Food pairings

Excellent as an elegant aperitif, this sparkling wine enhances the creaminess of fresh buffalo mozzarella. At the table, it pairs well with Sicilian-style octopus salad, using its citrusy notes to balance the saline flavors of the sea. It's ideal with light dishes that preserve the purity of each ingredient's flavor.

When to serve it

This Traditional Method sparkling is perfect for convivial moments, from the start of the evening to the lightest dishes. The lengthy maturation guarantees a neat and mature profile that can be enjoyed at length. A versatile and reliable sparkling wine, it adds elegance to every occasion and is equally suited for refined service.
