Trento Extra Brut DOC 2018 Levii

Trento Extra Brut DOC Levii comes from vineyards located at the foot of the Brenta Dolomites, facing south and on high slopes.

The manual harvest of Chardonnay grapes only is carried out during the second half of September and, in line with the processing of the Metodo Classico, the wine referments in the bottle and refines on the lees for a minimum of 36 months.

With an intense and brilliant straw yellow colour, it unfolds an abundant and persistent perlage that reveals floral and fruity scents to the nose, with tropical fruit, cedar, grapefruit, while on the palate it is fresh and savory, capable of enveloping and persisting.

Excellent for street food, land based appetizers, raw seafood and pork. Its character emerges decisively throughout the meal.
