Trento DOC Riserva Le Général 2016 Casata Monfort

Monfort Riserva Le Général is a Trento Doc made from vineyards planted on porphyritic and sandy loam soils in the hilly area of Trento and Pergine Valsugana, at an altitude between 400 and 600 meters above sea level.

Traditional Metodo Classico obtained from a blend with a clear prevalence of Chardonnay grapes on Pinot Noir grapes. It matures for 64 months on its own yeasts before disgorging.

Golden yellow with fine and persistent perlage, it releases the typical hints of bread crust on the nose flanked by a pleasant presence of vanilla and citrus notes. When tasted it expresses a broad, full and soft taste, with an amalgam of fragrant aromas that recall the olfactory.

To be enjoyed as an aperitif or throughout a meal for a special occasion.
