Description

Madame Martis is an exceptional Trento Riserva Brut obtained from a careful selection of the best grapes of Pinot Nero, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier from the Maso Martis winery. Extremely limited edition able to bring together various exponents of wine criticism on its indisputable quality, it is produced in only 1000 bottles a year.

The result of a vinification that is the synthesis of all the elements that distinguish the harmonious and decisive Maso Martis style, this Trentino classic method sparkling wine ages in the bottle for 9 very long years.

Straw yellow with golden veins, it opens on a complex olfactory profile made of notes of pastry and exotic fruit that mix with citrus and floral hints, on toasted bread tips. In the mouth it is creamy and elegant, distinctly mineral.

Excellent with raw seafood and in general with all fish-based courses.
