Description

Spumante Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Sul Adami's Yeast comes from vineyards located on the hills of the municipalities of Vidor and Farra di Soligo, in the heart of Valdobbiadene.

It is produced exclusively with Glera grapes, harvested between September and October and softly pressed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 17-19 ° C, with selected yeasts. After stopping on the noble steel lees for 3 months, the second fermentation takes place with refermentation and refinement of 2 months in the bottle, according to the traditional method used in the Treviso hills.

Spumante Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Sul Lievito has a straw yellow color, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with fresh fruity notes, enriched by the classic hint of bread crust. On the palate it is dry, pleasantly bitter and fruity, with a delicate hint of yeast.

Perfect to accompany fish dishes, risotto with mushrooms or vegetables.
