Description

Carpenè Malvolti's Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry 1868 comes from vineyards located in the historic area of Cornegliano Valdobbiadene, in Veneto.

It is produced 100% with Glera grapes from vineyards with an excellent south / south-east exposure and is sparkling with the Conegliano Valdobbiadene method.

This Prosecco Superiore has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and an extremely elegant, fine and persistent perlage. The nose is very delicate with hints of apple. In the mouth it has the right mix of softness and acidity, thanks to its fruity but at the same time dry flavor.

Excellent as an aperitif or for preparing cocktails, it is perfect in combination with light Mediterranean dishes.
