Description

The Valdobbiadene Millesimato Dry Coste di Mezzodì by Col Vetoraz is a Prosecco that represents the perfect balance between elegance and sweetness, made with Glera grapes grown in south-facing vineyards on the hills of Valdobbiadene. This cuvée is crafted from a selection of high-quality grapes from exceptional vintages.

The winemaking process involves gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation, followed by secondary fermentation using the Charmat Method in large pressurized tanks. The aging takes place for a period of 30-40 days, with a residual sugar content that defines the Dry style and enhances its aromatic qualities.

Characterized by a fine and persistent perlage, it offers an aromatic bouquet with floral notes of rose, acacia, and citrus, accompanied by fruity hints of white peach, pear, and apple. On the palate, it is elegant, aromatic, and has a round structure, making it particularly pleasant and versatile.

Ideal for toasting and celebrations, it perfectly adapts to every moment of the day, adding a touch of class to any occasion.
