Description

Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Rive Brut Nature Millesimato Grande Cuvée by the founder Motus Vitae of Bortolomiol is born in vineyards located on the gentle hills of San Pietro di Barbozza, in Valdobbiadene. This sparkling wine is dedicated to Giuliano Bortolomiol, his sparkling wine ability and his historical importance for the denomination of Prosecco Superiore.

It is produced exclusively with Glera grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand in the second half of September. After the classic white winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place in a steel autoclave, according to the Martinotti method, for 10 months, with aging for 3 months on its lees.

The Rive Grande Cuvée of the Founder Motus Vitae of Bortolomiol is characterized by a straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with subtle and refined aromas of white flowers, enriched with fragrant notes of ripe apricot and tropical fruit. On the palate it is clean, fruity and harmonious.

Perfect to accompany seafood and crustaceans, this Prosecco Superiore is ideal in combination with oily fish such as turbot and white meats. Try it in combination with the suckling pig.
