Description

Emiliana's Sauvignon Blanc is a white wine produced in Chile in the Casablanca Valley.

The coastal location makes this white grape variety predominant, and it is influenced by morning fogs and afternoon winds. After harvest, the grapes are destemmed and pressed for fermentation in steel tanks, preserving all the varietal characteristics of Sauvignon Blanc. This is followed by a 3-month refinement on fine lees in steel.

With a pale lemon yellow color, it offers mineral and citrus notes reminiscent of grapefruit and lemon, with delicate hints of white pepper and dried herbs. On the palate, it remains smooth, with citrus echoes and a good balance between acidity and texture. The persistence is medium-long, resulting in a pleasant and elegant sip.

It pairs well with seafood risottos, shellfish, sushi, and appetizers based on fresh cheeses.
