Description
Punta Nogal Cabernet Sauvignon was born in the Valle Central terroir, in the heart of Chile.
It is obtained from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes only, which undergo a fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. Follows medium-term aging in oak barrels before subsequent bottling.
It has an intense ruby red color. The perfume is characterized by penetrating balsamic notes that leave room for clear sensations of wild strawberry and peppercorns. The taste is warm and soft, with a pleasantly fruity finish.
Ideal in the company of aged cheeses, it is perfect in combination with game and red meats.
