Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore di Fabiano comes from the rolling hills of Valpolicella, in the province of Verona.

It is produced with Corvina Veronese, Rondinella, Corvinone and Molinara grapes, harvested exclusively by hand. After traditional drying and fermentation at controlled temperature, the wine ages for 12 months in oak barrels.

Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore by Fabiano is a wine with a bright and intense ruby red color. The nose is enlivened by an elegant and decisive bouquet of wild violet, ripe cherry and black raspberry, reached by spicy points resulting from a long barrel aging. On the palate it shows a full-bodied wine, with soft tannins and a long and well-balanced finish.

This red wine is ideal to combine with roasted meat and game.
