Description

This Portret De Gitana is a red wine, the result of the encounter between Cabernet Sauvignon and Rara Neagra, two varieties hand-picked and carefully selected. The combination of these grape varieties gives rise to a wine with a bold and aromatic character, which best expresses the richness of the territory.

Maceration and fermentation take place in oak barrels for a period of 10 days, with spontaneous fermentation thanks to indigenous yeasts. The wine ages in stainless steel tanks, maintained at controlled conditions of optimal humidity and temperature to ensure the stability and integrity of the product.

It presents an intense ruby red color with violet reflections. On the nose, aromas of red fruits and violet can be perceived, while on the palate it is dry, soft, and savory, with a balanced structure and well-integrated tannins.

Ideal pairing with cured meats, aged cheeses, flavorful first courses, and game.
