Description

Vinìcola Aurora Merlot is part of the Varietal line and is born in vineyards located in Serra Gaùcha. Vinìcola Aurora is a cooperative made up of 16 citiculturists.

After vinification, the wine ages 6 months in French oak barriques.

In the glass the wine has a ruby red color with purple reflections. The nose reveals aromas of red flowers, ripe red fruit and spicy hints. The sip is full-bodied and velvety.

To be combined with first courses seasoned with meat sauces, stewed meats and aged cheeses.
