Description
The Veneto Carménère Più ... of Inama is born in vineyards located in the municipalities of Lonigo and San Germano dei Berici, in the province of Vicenza.
It is mainly produced with Carménère and Merlot grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. Fermentation takes place, with maceration in contact with the skins, in vertical vats for about 12 days. After malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine ages for 12 months in second passage barriques.
It has a deep red color with blue-violet reflections. The nose opens with elegant notes of red berries and spicy hints of cocoa and black pepper. On the palate it is balanced and fresh, with fruity aromas.
Perfect to accompany typical cold cuts of the area such as sopressa, pancetta and garlic salami, PDO Berico Eugeneo Ham, this red wine is ideal in combination with grilled pork.
