Description
Neroperso Appassimento Rosso is a red wine produced in Veneto from selected red-skinned grapes, conceived to express an intense, enveloping and well-balanced style that pays homage to the Mediterranean tradition of appassimento.
After the harvest, the finest grapes are left to dry for about 60 days to encourage the natural concentration of sugars, aromas and flavors; the subsequent vinification is carried out with care to preserve the wine’s aromatic richness and softness.
In the glass it shows an intense red color with subtle garnet highlights. On the nose it offers a broad, harmonious bouquet dominated by notes of ripe red fruit, while on the palate it is full, round and velvety, with a pleasant sense of elegance and balance.
Served at 18-20°C, it pairs well with pasta dishes with meat sauces, red meats and pulled pork.
