Veneto IGT Rosso Passionesentimento 2022 Pasqua

The Passionesentimento is a red wine born from the passion of the Pasqua Family for the Veronese territory and its history. The blend is made up of Merlot, Corvina, and Croatina, varieties that combine harmoniously to create a soft and enveloping wine. The grapes come from the eastern area of Valpolicella, where the climate and soil favor optimal ripening.

The grapes are hand-picked and left to dry in wooden crates inside the fruit drying room, where they lose about 30% of their water, concentrating sugars and aromas. After pressing, fermentation takes place separately in steel to respect the maturation times of the different varieties. Subsequently, the final blend matures for six months in oak tonneaux, acquiring elegance and complexity.

Visually, it presents an intense ruby red color. The bouquet is rich and complex, with notes of ripe red fruits accompanied by delicate spicy hints. On the palate, it is balanced and velvety, with soft tannins and a wraparound finish that gives the wine a pleasant persistence.

This red wine pairs perfectly with flavorful first courses, roasted meats, and aged cheeses, enhancing the flavors with its softness and aromatic intensity.
