Description

The Venezia Giulia Bianco Prulke di Zidarich was born in vineyards located in Prepotto, a small town immersed in the vineyards and the karst typicality, in the heart of the Trieste Karst.

It is produced with Sauvignon, Vitovska and Malvasia grapes, harvested only by hand between the end of September and the beginning of October. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, with daily punching down and no temperature control. Subsequently the wine ages in oak barrels for 2 years before being bottled.

It is characterized by a golden yellow color. The nose opens with a fruity bouquet, enriched with aromas of lavender flowers and pleasant hints of mandarin. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh, with a naturalness that impresses the palate for a long time.

Perfect to accompany fish dishes, raw fish and sushi, it is ideal in combination with vegetables and shellfish.
