Lis Neris Venezia Giulia Cabernet Sauvignon was born in vineyards located in the heart of the most renowned Friuli wine-growing area, in the municipality of San Lorenzo.
It is produced with pure Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, macerated in stainless steel tanks for 8 - 10 days at the controlled temperature of 24 - 26 ° C. The wine then ages in French oak barrels for 6 months, then it is bottled and rests briefly before being placed on the market.
This Cabernet Sauvignon is a wine with an intense color, with warm hints of red fruits and fresh flowers and pleasant herbaceous notes. On the palate it is soft and round, with evident but elegant tannins.
Perfect to accompany risotto and meat or vegetable based first courses, it is ideal in combination with red and white grilled and stewed meats. Excellent also with aged cheeses.
