Description

Jermann is a historic winery from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, internationally recognized for the excellence of its white wines and for a pioneering vision that combines family tradition with innovation. Jermann's Pinot Grigio interprets the grape variety with a distinctive style, combining aromatic finesse, crystal freshness, and an executive cleanliness that reflects the identity of its terroirs between Isonzo and Collio.

It is produced exclusively from Pinot Grigio grapes, vinified in white and aged on the lees for about 6 months in steel tanks, before bottling and marketing.

Jermann's Pinot Grigio is characterized by a bright straw yellow color and opens on the nose with aromas of fresh fruit such as apricot and nectarine peach, with excellent persistence.

On the palate, it is fresh and well present. Perfect to accompany grilled fish and mushroom-based dishes.
