Venezia Giulia IGT Pinot Grigio 2016 Villa De Puppi

Venezia Giulia Pinot Grigio comes from the vineyards of the Conti De Puppi family, in the province of Udine. Attention to the quality of the grapes and the cellar equipped with advanced technological means give life to this excellent white wine.

Produced with Pinot Grigio grapes, it was born following the harvest at the beginning of September. The pressing, carried out at low temperatures to best preserve all the aromas, is followed by a fermentation phase in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

This Pinot Grigio is characterized by a light straw yellow color, enriched with light amber shades. The nose has fruity hints, which bring back the aroma of exotic fruits, mainly banana. On the palate it is a structured wine, with an elegant character, with sensations of long and clean closure.

Ideal to serve as an aperitif, it is also a perfect wine in combination with light appetizers, white meat or fish dishes. Excellent if accompanied by fresh cheeses.
