Description

Vermouth di Torino I.G. Classico is Del Professore's first vermouth, inspired by recipes from the golden age of pre-Prohibition mixology. It is crafted as an elegant and authentic expression of Vermouth di Torino, featuring a base of prized Piedmontese Moscato enriched with aromatic herbs, medicinal plants, and refined exotic spices.

The production follows a meticulous artisanal method, in which base wines, fortifying alcohol, sugars, and botanicals are carefully blended according to closely guarded traditional recipes. This painstaking process ensures a distinctive aromatic and flavor profile, bringing together richness, balance, and depth.

On the nose, it reveals a complex bouquet of flowers, ripe fruits, and spices, with hints of vanilla, cloves, and mace. On the palate, it offers a harmonious balance between sweetness, fresh citrus notes, and a pleasantly bitter, elegant, and lingering finish.

Ideal neat, on the rocks, or mixed, it naturally accompanies aperitifs, olives, aged cheeses, cured meats, savory canapés, and great classic cocktails such as Vermouth Cocktail and Negroni.
