Description

Filippi's Verona Trebbiano Turbiana was born in vineyards located in Castelcerino, in the heart of the extraordinary Soave terroir.

It is produced exclusively with Trebbiano grapes, coming from young vineyards in the early years of production. Fermentation takes place spontaneously, without selected yeasts and enzymes. The must is decanted naturally, without the use of clarifying and deproteinizing agents. Subsequently the wine is refined in the bottle.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with elegant aromas of yellow fruit, enriched with pleasant hints of white flowers. It is dry on the palate, with a pleasantly balanced body and great persistence.

Perfect to accompany first courses, fish and shellfish dishes, it is ideal in combination with white meats and aged cheeses.
