Description

Baron Longo's Gewürztraminer Feuerstein develops from the vineyards that fall in the southern area of Alto Adige, extending from Egna to Montagna.

The manual harvest of the grapes precedes a fermentation at a controlled temperature of about 20 ° C in steel. The refinement continues in steel for 6 months on its lees.

The appearance is straw yellow in color, The scent is rich in aromas of white flowers and tropical fruits, mixed with hints of vanilla and honey. The taste is characterized by a round and harmonious palate, with good freshness and sapidity.

It goes perfectly with spicy and ethnic dishes of oriental cuisine. Also excellent as an accompaniment to white meats or as an aperitif.
