Description

The Vigneti delle Dolomiti La Cuvée Maso Toresella di Cavit was born in vineyards located on the shores of Lake Toblino, not far from Lake Garda. The products of the Maso line represent the excellence of Cavit production: real "crus" linked to a well-defined territory, particularly suited to the production of specific vines.

It is produced with Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer and Riesling Renano grapes, harvested exclusively by hand. After separate fermentation in steel for the different varieties, part of the Chardonnay ages in oak barrels and the rest remains in steel for 12 months, followed by assembly and bottling.

Cuvée Maso Toresella di Cavit has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with delicate and elegant aromas of sage, accompanied by fruity notes of fresh citrus, peach and ripe pineapple. On the palate it is intense and fresh, pleasantly structured and mineral.

Perfect to accompany fish appetizers, even raw, it is ideal in combination with vegetarian first courses and white meats seasoned with tomato and olive based sauces.
