Description
The Müller Thurgau of the Dolomiti Palai di Pojer and Sandri comes from vineyards located in the well-known locality of Palai, in Faedo, in the province of Trento.
It is produced with 100% Müller Thurgau grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Fermentation takes place entirely in the absence of oxygen, through the innovative hyper-reduction technique.
The Palai di Pojer and Sandri has an intense straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with pleasant fruity hints reminiscent of lemon and peach. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh and aromatic.
Excellent as an aperitif, this Müller Thurgau is ideal for accompanying stewed fish dishes, vegetables and soups.
