Description

Brut Nature Blanc de Blancs by Can Rich is a sparkling wine made from Malvasía grapes, grown in the coastal vineyards of the Can Llaudis estate. The Mediterranean climate, tempered by sea breezes, and the silty, mineral-rich soils, lend freshness and finesse to the wine.

The secondary fermentation takes place using the traditional method, with 12 months of maturation on the lees. The absence of dosage enhances the varietal’s aromatic purity and the terroir’s character.

The nose reveals orange blossom, rose and lavender, with hints of ginger, green apple, grapefruit, candied and tropical fruit. The palate is vibrant and mineral, with a dry, aromatic finish.

Perfect as an aperitif or paired with raw fish and seafood.
