Cantina della Volta's Spumante Millesimato Brut comes from vineyards located in the floodplains of the Secchia river, in the Modena municipality of Bomporto.

It is produced with Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes, harvested in the last week of September and subjected to soft pressing. Fermentation takes place in steel vats, at controlled temperature. The wine then referments in the bottle, according to the Classic method, at a temperature of 12 ° C and subsequently ages on the lees for 34 months before disgorgement.

Cantina della Volta's Spumante Millesimato Brut is characterized by a pale yellow color with greenish reflections and a lively and persistent perlage. The nose opens with pleasant floral hints, enriched with an apple note and fragrant aromas of bread crust. On the palate it is broad, round and velvety and intertwines well with the olfactory structure.

Perfect to accompany the aperitif moment, it expresses great class when paired with refined dishes, with shellfish and vegetables.
