Description

Vosne-Romanée is one of the smallest denominations of Burgundy, located within the Coôte de Nuits. Here are prized grapes of the Pinot Noir variety that the Domaine Faiveley interprets in its full, fine and elegant style.

Following the fermentation processes, the wine stays for 16 months in French oak barrels stored in the domaine aging cellar, in controlled conditions of temperature and humidity.

In the glass it has a very intense ruby red color. The nose reveals itself in its fruity aromas which are finely contrasted by pleasant and delicate notes of oak. In the mouth it is generous and satisfying, with well-smoothed tannins inserted in a perfect gustatory balance.

Excellent with all sleeping game: wild boar and deer above all.
