Vouvray AOC 2017 Champalou
Description
This Vouvray of Champalou comes to life from vineyards cultivated on clayey-limestone soils, on the right bank of the Loire, near the municipality of Tours.
It is produced exclusively from Chenin Blanc grapes, harvested manually in the early hours of the morning. The vinification traditionally takes place in white, with refinement of 11 months on the fine lees.
Pale golden yellow in color, it expresses delicate hints of white fruit on the nose, enriched with pleasant notes of yellow flowers. Dry and dry to the taste, it is distinguished by fruit and freshness.
It goes perfectly with fish and white meat cooked on the grill, but it is also ideal with shellfish and vegetable appetizers. Recommended as an aperitif.
