Description

The Zinfandel Private Selection is one of the selections of the California winemaking giant, Robert Mondavi, which rises from the vineyards located along the coast, a unique area in terms of morphology and microclimate.

It is produced from a net prevalence of Zinfandel grapes, accompanied in small percentages by the Syrah, Petit Syrah and Chardonnay peaks. After classic vinification with red maceration, the wine ages for 12 months in American oak barrels.

Dark purple red at the sight, it offers intense spicy and red fruit aromas. In the mouth it is perceived dry and juicy, pleasantly soft, full-bodied and fruity.

Excellent with roasts and stewed meats, it proves to be the ideal companion for barbecues and grills.
