The Franciacorta Clarabella wines are characterized by the typical straw-yellow color with greenish or golden reflections up to possible copper reflections in the Riserva version. The perlage is fine and persistent. The bouquet, characteristic of bottle fermentation, gives us hints of bread crust and yeast, enriched by delicate notes of citrus and dried fruits (almond, hazelnut, dried white fig): a truly unique and recognizable sensory profile. The taste is savory, fresh, fine, and harmonious.
