Four estates in the Trapani countryside, in addition to the two on the island of Favignana and on Etna. Welcome to Firriato, a family business born from the dream of Salvatore Di Gaetano, who at the beginning of the 1980s sensed the enormous potential of Sicilian enology, becoming one of its most appreciated interpreters nationally and internationally. Years of work and commitment, recognized by international awards and by the unanimous consent of consumers: Firriato is among the first wineries to interpret a new image of Sicilian wines, recognized and highly appreciated abroad as well.

Their secret is a deep-rooted respect for the environment, of which the winery is the spokesperson: the terroir is the most indissoluble bond of a land with viticulture, which in Sicily in particular, offers unique emotions, when the grape itself takes on characteristics unrepeatable. The winery receives awards not only for the quality of its wines, but also for its commitment to environmental protection: it is the first in Italy to be certified as Carbon Neutral for having totally canceled its footprint of greenhouse gases on the environment. Their wines are an expression of this, the Nero d'Avola Harmonium, the Santagostino or the Quater Vitis (Three Glasses by Gambero Rosso in the current year). As well as Camelot, (90 pt LM), Bordeaux blend of Casa Firriato, a highly prized blend of two French vines, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Wines that masterfully represent the land from which they are born.
