This Amarone della Valpolicella represents the Cru of Venetian Zonin excellence, located in the heart of the homonymous appellation.
It is made with Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes, harvested rather late, slightly overripe, and placed in airy and dry environments for drying in plateaus for about 4 months.
