Cantina Sociale dei Colli Vicentini is composed by 33 Venetian winemakers near Montecchio Maggiore, gathered by a single passion: the quality of wine.
Beyond the 20 references and products well known and appreciated by critics and enthusiasts from all over Italy, the strength of Colli Vicentini has been since half a century devoted to the production of quality wines including international varieties such as Pinot Noir, Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, to the native Veneto ones such as Glera, Corvina and Durello.
Precisely in the production of Lessini Durello Doc the cooperative has distinguished itself during the recent years, having been the first that believed in the potential of Durella grapes produced with the Charmat method since the early 70s, which gives to wine a refreshing taste and refined touch.

The Lessini Durello Brut Sparkling Wine of the Torre dei Vescovi di Colli Vicentini line is born in high-hill vineyards, located in the heart of Lessinia, in the province of Vicenza.
It is produced exclusively with Durella grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After the classic white winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place in an autoclave at low temperatures, according to the Charmat method, with selected yeasts.
